Flawless Vape Distro allows returns or exchanges within seven days from the delivery date. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping. You may send the item (s) back to Flawless Vape Distro to receive a refund equal to the total amount paid (minus the 15% restocking fee & shipping). If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, there will be no restocking fee applied.
Broken or missing items from an order must be reported to our customer support team within 72 hours from the delivery date. We have the right to refuse any return/exchanges/refunds if our policy is not followed.
If an item (s) are received with any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, you must contact our customer support team within 72 hours from the delivery date.
It is your responsibility to examine all items on packages received.

If an item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact our customer support team within 72 hours from the delivery date. (Excludes Disposables)
Process for Returns
We offer returns/exchanges 7 days from the delivery date. We have the right to refuse any return/exchange.
- Re-package the item (s) including all of its contents (manual, charging cable, accessories etc). Please ensure you package the item for return as it was received. Poor packaging of the merchandise could result in the refusal of the return. Check your local post office as padded envelops are free of charge for Priority Mail.
- Contact Flawless Vape Distro via email at email@example.com or by phone at 714.406.2933. Please provide your number and indicate which item (s) for return or replacement. Then ship the package back to Flawless Vape Distro.
- Once Flawless Vape Distro receives and inspects the item (s), our customer support team will contact your on resolving the claim. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment and may take 4-7 business days after processing.
Note: We have the right to deny a return or exchange if the following instructions are not followed. If the item is deemed user error or damage, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
You are responsible for all shipping charges for any return. The shipping charge may vary depending on weight and carrier used. Please ensure all items are clean for returns and exchanges. If an item (s) are received uncleaned, the merchandise may be returned at your expense.
